Become an exhibitor

Put your company message at the heart of the event, and take advantage of access to over 1000 delegates.

Exhibition stand space is available in the Exhibition Hall located on the ground floor on a first-come, first-served basis.

A standard exhibition package comes equipped with:

• an exhibition panel including company name and description (100 words max)
• one electrical package (one 500-watt power socket)
• one furniture package (one 4-foot trestle table, two chairs)
• a listing on exhibitor’s page of VF website with hotlink to exhibitor’s website to go live on 1st April (this link to be reciprocal back to VF site)

Optional extras (prices on application) to the exhibition package are:

• half price tickets for up to two company executives, for either a breakfast seminar or dinner (voucher provided)
• your own box for a day at a reduced rate
• upgraded exhibition panel – to include built in AV screen
• upgraded electrical package (two 500-watt power sockets, one spot light)
• Internet connection for the day
