RGC Jenkins & Co Silver Sponsor

Early stage technology companies need to demonstrate a strong intellectual property position to attract private investment.

Start-up entrepreneurs need to think about protecting an invention before any disclosure whatsoever. It is vital to talk to a patent attorney at an early stage to protect you or support your negotiations with potential customers and investors.

If you are considering investing in start-up technology, you will need to undergo a thorough investigation of the IP assets as part of the “due diligence” process. We act for various VC companies in this capacity.

Whether you are an entrepreneur or an investor, our team has the background and expertise to help, whatever the technology.
